Step-by-Step: First-Time Setup

For Residents

  • Download the TerraFuse App
    Available on App Store and Google Play.

  • Sign Up / Log In
    Enter your personal information, location, vehicle, and payment details.

  • Set Up Visitor Parking
    Reserve available spots, manage visitor access, and monitor credit usage.

  • Understand Credit System
    Each unit receives a monthly credit allowance to book visitor parking. Additional credits can be purchased if needed.

For Building Managers

  • Access the Strata Dashboard
    Go to strata.dashboard.terrafuse.com.au/login and register/log in with your manager credentials. Among the aggregated sites, login to the site you want to manage.

  • View Parking Inventory
    Monitor live occupancy, assigned spaces, and system status.

  • Set Custom Rules
    Define time limits, allocate EV charging bays, and enforce fair use policies.

  • Respond to Access Requests
    Approve resident applications for allocating monthly allowance for visitor parking.
